Stephen joined the board of Astley Care in 2021 when he was elected as Chairperson and also chairs the Nominations & Remuneration Committee. He is Managing Director of Parkside Consulting and was previously Chief Technology Officer/Chief Information Officer at Opticomm for 12 years until its sale in November 2020. Stephen also chairs Scouts WA and is non executive director of DGtek.  Stephen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has an MBA, a Master of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Telecommunication Management from Murdoch University. He is currently studying a Master of Business Law at Southern Cross University. Stephen lives in Southern River and family experience with aged care.
